Hello There!

   My name is Claudine, I am a former kindergarten teacher and homeschool Mom of 3 beautiful young adults. My passion for nutrition started when in my 40's, I started experiencing leaky gut, eczema, hormonal imbalance, migraines, asthma and many food allergies which led me to develop RSS- Red Skin Syndrome and then, TSW- Topical Steroid Withdrawal which lasted for almost 9 years.

While still in recovery and after making many changes in my eating habits and lifestyle, I decided to study nutrition with Alive Academy;  receiving my designation as Certified Holistic Nutritionist. 

I continued my training with Precision Nutrition; becoming a Nutrition Coach and later on I studied at Dr. Sears Wellness Institute where I  specialized in coaching adults, seniors and pregnant women.


I am happily married to my husband of almost 30 years. We live in BC, Canada with 1 of our 3 adult children and our beloved dog Harley.

My role as a holistic nutritionist and Health Coach, is to advise you as my client on how to improve your diet, lifestyle and attitude with a focus on promoting and regaining your health. 

I provide science-based health and nutritional recommendations using a detailed assessment tool to evaluate nutritional deficiencies, excess toxicities, and metabolic imbalances. I guide my clients on the nutritional value of eating organic, unprocessed, local, fresh, plant-based, pasture-raised and wild-caught foods. I can counsel you on the effects and benefits of nutritional supplementation to address chronic nutritional deficiencies and toxicities associated with lifestyle and environmental related health problems.  I can help you create new and sustainable healthy habits.

I  believe every person needs an individualized support to find their own way to wellness.

I know that we are our own health expert, that we have just lost touch with being confident in the wellness-based decisions we make. I don’t tell my clients what to do, I guide them and equip them to make better choices

so with time, they can function independently and confidently. Food is medicine, so  choosing the right food for your own needs is crucial. Relying more in whole foods, natural remedies, holistic practices and proper supplementation instead of only pharmaceutical drugs is of great importance. I will guide to improve your health, age gracefully and feel happy. I will also advise you on how to exercise and keep yourself mobile in order to boost your energy levels, reduce stress, sleep better and think sharper; to become your best whatever your health stage is.

( There is no need for an initial consultation for workshops or webinars)

  • What this involves:

  • You will be given a health and nutrition questionnaire to complete before the consultation

  • A 45-minute face to face or online consultation.

  • We will discuss the different areas of concern and we will start implementing a plan with short and long term goals.

  • Together, we will identify where you are currently at and where you would like to be.

  • There are no quick fixes or fad diets, you will learn how to make choices that are right for your health, and make you feel and look great in the process.

Individualized consultation is a one on one approach. 

After the initial consultation, we will set up a series of follow up sessions which include:

  • 8 private coaching sessions of 30 minute each via phone, Zoom, Skype, or Facetime 

  • 4/15 minute "Emergency Call" between sessions

  • Unlimited email support

  • Ongoing motivational and emotional support

  • Lifestyle adjustments to build a lifetime of wellness

  •  Access  to the  L.E.A.N eCoaching virtual classroom especially designed to help you build the following areas: Lifestyle, Exercise, Attitude and Nutrition

Prime-Time Health is a scientifically proven plan for healthy aging that is taught  through four group sessions. Each session is an hour and a half in length.

These sessions can be taught at various locations and include hands-on activities, workbooks, healthy snacks and recipes.

These sessions are designed to be facilitated either as a series of 4,90 minute sessions or 4 independent 90 minute sessions.

Prime-Time Health is a scientifically proven plan that provides a roadmap to better health for both adults and seniors, with a focus on living longer, healthier life.  Pregnancy is an awesome experience. I myself have 3 adult children. I really enjoyed all my pregnancies and cannot wait to support you with yours!

If you are currently expecting or you have  recently had a baby, I will guide and support you in four areas. Lifestyle, exercise, attitude and nutrition so both you and your baby 

can enjoy this beautiful process. 

 L.E.A.N Expectations was developed by Williams Sears, MD, Pediatrician, nutrition expert and co-founder of the Dr. Sears Wellness Institute. Research has shown that healthy lifestyle, attitude, exercise and nutrition choices made by women during their pregnancy have a positive impact on the health of both mother and baby. Additionally, babies whose mothers take good care of themselves while pregnant tend to have easier deliveries and better overall health.

L.E.A.N. Expectations is a program consisting of three individual, two-hour classes.

These sessions can be taken one at a time or as a series and can be taken at any time from pre-pregnancy through the first trimester of post-partum. Each class is appropriate for any stage of pregnancy based on the needs of the client. As part of the class, expectant parents will receive the appropriate L.E.A.N. Expectations book for the session they are attending.
